Rates:

$140 per night (Effective June 1, 2017: nightly price includes taxes and fees)
$15 per night each additional person for groups of 3 or more

2 night minimum on weekends and holidays
Children and dogs are FREE!
$10 per visit for bedding (optional)

$50 per night deposit required. Please call 207-400-5956 to make deposit and confirm reservation. We have a 14 day cancellation policy. Deposit is non-refundable unless we receive notification of your cancellation 14 days prior to your confirmed arrival date. Cancellations within 24 hours of reservation will be charged full amount.

Gift certificates are available any time of  year. To purchase a gift certificate call 207-400-5956.
